Bronze Medallion
This page provides details of the Bronze Medallion Course (33rd Edition of the Public Safety and Aquatic Rescue Training Manual) and lists the policies and resources from SLSA, which are upheld and used by the club when providing training and assessment of the Bronze Medallion Course.
Please Note – Before you can enrol onto the course, you must be a registered and financial member of the club. This is for for legal and OH&S reasons, including insurance (personal injury and liability insurance which is very important in case of any accident). To enrol, check out the Registrations page – it contains all the details and links.
Payment for Bronze Medallion probationary membership for the season is $70. As part of your membership, will need to provide 100 points, (Photo ID – Driver License, Passport). Please bring this with you to either Club registration or when you come along to sign up for your first session at the beginning of the course. The instructors will need to validate your photo ID and capture the details along with all the required paperwork. Once this has been actioned, you will be signed up to the course and ready to begin!
